Whole HOSO 30/40 and 40/50

Whole head-on shell-on vannamei is the highest-rotation format for grilling, plancha and Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. The 30/40 and 40/50 sizes respectively cover the large plating piece and the high-rotation mid size. Both formats are regularly in our stock, in 10×2 kg boxes.

Headless HLSO on request

Headless shell-on vannamei (HLSO) is not currently in our stock, so it is offered on request and subject to availability confirmation. This transparency avoids committing to delivery times that cannot then be met: if you need HLSO regularly, ask us and we will study sourcing.
