FRN Atlántico is a frozen fish distributor based in A Coruña (Galicia, Spain), supplying restaurants, distributors and the food industry across Spain, Portugal and other European markets. We focus on high-rotation professional references: FAO 27 octopus, hake, squid, cuttlefish, flying squid and tuna loin, in formats designed for professional kitchens and redistribution.

Frozen fish catalogue

Our frozen fish catalogue covers the families most in demand in food service. In cephalopods we offer whole cleaned octopus in T1 to T6 sizes from FAO area 27, a cooked octopus line (legs, whole and head), whole squid, squid tubes and tentacles, rings, cleaned cuttlefish 400-600 g, and flying squid (potón) as wing and mantle. In white fish we handle hake fillet from FAO 41 and HGT hake; in salmonids, salmon fillet and portions (Salmo salar); and in tuna, skinless vacuum-packed tuna loin in 4/6 kg size.

How we work with professional customers

We operate as a wholesale supplier: no sales to private individuals. Each reference presents the available technical information on presentation, size, packaging and storage; when an approved PDF technical sheet exists, it is linked from the product page. Quantities and prices are confirmed in each quotation subject to availability; we do not publish prices or stock online. Product documentation states catch area (FAO) and species where verified, supporting the labelling and traceability required in food service and retail.

Logistics and storage

All fish is distributed frozen, with recommended storage at -18 °C or below and documented shelf life per reference (up to 24 months on several lines). We coordinate frozen shipments from Galicia according to destination, availability and the terms of each operation.
